Maintenance and Attentions

1. Regular add the lubricated oil of the mechanical transmission chain and bearing parts.(once a week)

2. Ultrasonic transducer may output high AC when operating ,never touch and devoid hurt-off.

3. Never put high pressure on mould.

4. Never stop the machine urgently in the absence of special circumstance.

5. Ban wearing inequality, gloves, long hair worker to operate the equipment.

Warranty

1. Since user as the date of buy is responsible for one year warranty.

2. Warranty project: mould, ultrasonic generator, transducer, electric control.

3. Normal wear and tear parts does not belong to the warranty scope, such as bearings, knives, static-eliminator etc.

The warranty mode:

1. If some parts damaged, users can disassemble send manufacturer or repair the exchange.

2. Our engineer at the request of customer can door-to-door service, but users are responsible for accommodation, round tickets visa fees and so on (domestic except).

In the following circumstances, our factory is not responsible for warranty, execute collect fees repair:

1. Artificial damage, such as the machine damage cause by foreign body in fall.

2. Users without manufacturers agreed to repair itself or has been disassembled.

3. Users without changing accessories etc.

4. Customer production voltage instability caused electric damage.

5. The user handling of corruption.
